Sunday Evening Service

There were 14 people present in the first Sunday Evening Service in years. One was me, the preacher. Four of them were traineess. Four were children. Three were visitors. Two were women who are members. A couple who are visitors couldn't make it because she was not feeling well. The topic covered was from Ephesians 4.11-16, about the importance of being active members of the body to be able to grow until we all reach the full measure of the stature of Christ. One of the visitors, Elida, insisted on me giving her further Bible study. She came with one of the families who are members. I went to their home and gave Elida and the family one more Bible study. She was very interested on different subjects. We only had time for one. She had been a member of a denomination, where one pastor runs the church. She wanted to know about the biblical way of running a church. We studied most of the passages related the subject. When we are about to finish, since the home we were in was next door to the couple where one lady was not feeling, I ended having to take her to the hospital. I took her and her husband to the hospital. She was having an asthma crisis and actually collapsed. Her husband picked her up and put er in my car and we all drove to the hospital. I made sure she was taken care of in the hospital. I ended up getting home two hours later than initially expected.
